Download Application for Permit to Operate a Food Facility at a Special Event

Submit your Permit application along with a facility drawing and County fee to the County of Ventura (not Country Days).

Every food stand at Country Days must have County Permit. Submit your application to the County no later than 5:00 PM, on the Friday - two weeks prior to the event.)

Send your application, payment, and proof of insurance to the Country Days Committee by US Mail.

You may fax or email your application for our records. Payment by check can be accepted by US Mail. You may also pay online using a credit card.
